Actively working with an adoption agency or adoption attorney

Adoptions through foster care, private family adoptions, embryo adoptions and adoptions for which placements have already occurred will not qualify for a grant through Adoption Possibilities

References from both personal contacts and adoption agency/attorney are required

Grant awards will be paid directly to the adoption agency/attorney upon placement and will not exceed outstanding expenses

Grants will be up to $10,000

Documents required to be submitted with your grant application include:

• Fully completed grant application

• A copy of your completed home study

• Last 2 paystubs from current employer

• Prior year W-2

• Completed Grant Expense worksheet

• 2 personal references

• Adoption agency or adoption attorney statement of adoption status, including match/placement status and an estimation or statement of overall expenses to include remaining balance

  • Should be completed on company letterhead and include contact name, phone number and email

• Grants will be awarded monthly

• Application processing fee of 30.00 for processing - non-refundable
